Clubhouse Pool Rules

Warning – No lifeguard on duty.

Warning – Swim at your own risk.

Warning – No diving in the pool.

Parents must supervise children under the age of 16.

Proper ID must be displayed upon request.

Personal headphones must be used to listen to music.

Swim diapers must be worn by all children who normally wear diapers.

No alcohol allowed in the pool area.

No food in the pool or within five feet of the pool.
-
No glass containers in the pool or pool area.
-
Flotation devices are limited to body size rafts and noodle-type floats.

No running on pool deck.

No rollerblades, skateboards or bicycles are allowed in the pool area.

No pets are allowed in the pool or pool area.
-
No smoking is allowed in the pool or pool area.

Shower before entering the pool.

Pool capacity – 90 people
-
Pool hours 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Pool will close during inclement weather.

Residents that do not have a valid working key fob will not be allowed to use the pool or clubhouse facility.
Clubhouse Pool Guest Procedures
Each resident over 18 years of age will be allowed to bring up to 6 guests per household per visit to the Grand Oaks clubhouse and pool area (Club). Grand Oaks residents 16 to 18 will be allowed to bring 2 guests per household per visit.
Any resident, member, or guest whose conduct shall be deemed by the Pool Monitor as improper and/or likely to endanger the welfare, safety or harmony of the Club or its members, may be reprimanded, suspended or expelled from the Club by action of the Pool Monitor or his designee. The Pool Monitor shall be the judge of what constitutes improper conduct and/or conduct likely to endanger the welfare, safety or harmony of the Club or its members.
The Pool Monitor and those he designates are charged by the HOA Board to oversee the facilities and issue consequences for inappropriate behavior. For minor issues, the Pool Monitor will suspend privileges for time periods of up to two days. Loss of privileges will be based on the severity of the infractions. The examples listed below are not exhaustive:
Minor infractions - Diving, back flips, vulgar language, running, etc.
Consequences:

1st offense - Read pool rules
-
2nd offense - Stay out of the pool for a short time
-
3rd offense - Leave pool for the remainder of the day

4th offense - Pool Monitor may expel a resident or member for two weeks.
