Covenants Committee
Purpose
The Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants states that except to the extent prohibitied by law, in the event of a violation of the provisions contained herein by an Owner or a person action by, through, or under an Owner, the Rules and Regulations, the Community Standards, or other rules and regulations promulgated by the ACC, the Association shall have the right to levy reasonable fines or suspend the privileges of the Owner or any person acting by, through, or under the Owner. Each fine shall be an Individual Assessment and enforceable pursuant to the provisions of the Declaration and the By-Laws.
Meetings
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM
Fines
Fines can be up to $100 per day, not to exceed $1000 per violation.
