We are a neighborhood club dedicated to giving the parents
and children of Grand Oaks activities to participate in.
We have activities scheduled during the day to give our stay at home parents
something to do; a playgroup for the children and a great opportunity to meet
your neighbors. We also plan things in the afternoons and evenings for children
who are in school and for any parent that might like to be a part of our group
that has to work outside of the home.
Some activities we did this past summer were: Park days, Swim days, playdates,
potluck family dinners, Mom's nights out, and excursions to Lowry Park Zoo, The
Florida Aquarium, the MOSI, tour of Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and a local fire
station.
