Attention: Direct Debits cancelled!
All direct debits for
Association dues were cancelled by Rampart in November. Please send your
HOA dues via U.S. Mail to Colonial Bank. For more can be found by
clicking on the Association Assessment link on the left side of this page or by calling
994-7049.
December Board of Directors Meeting
The next Board Meeting will be held on December 10, 2007 at 7:00 PM. The meeting agendas will be available before each meeting and may be accessed by clicking on the Agenda link on the left side of this page.
2007 Annual Membership Meeting
The 2007 Annual Meeting at Wesley Chapel Toyota has been postponed until Dec. 27, 2007. Registration will begin at 6:00PM and the meeting will be called to order at 6:30PM.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect two (2) directors to the Board of Administration for 2007 - 2008 as well as transact such other business as may properly come before the membership. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please complete a Notice of Intent, and return it to the Clubhouse Office along with a one page Candidate Information Sheet describing your background and desire to volunteer your time for your community. Additional nominations will be taken from the floor prior to the election.
Also, If you would like to suggest any amendments to be included on the ballot please submit them to the Clubhouse Office.

the State of Florida as a registered felon and/or registered sexual
offender/predator may reside in our community.
We encourage our members and residents to contact the following law

obtain additional information:

would like to remind all of our residents that the clubhouse is under 24
hour video surveillance. Resident use of the clubhouse, pool, or
hot tub after hours is prohibited by our community rules.
Residents found to be using the clubhouse facilities after hours will be
fined.

Annual Membership Meeting
At the recent Annual Membership Meeting on Dec. 20, 2006, a new Board of Directors was elected. The newly elected Directors for 2007 are as follows:
President - Nancy Henninger
Vice-President - Felicia Politano
Secretary - Elizabeth (Libby) Rodriguez
Treasurer - Kelley Aderhold (resigned Jan. 4, 2007). Kristy Fuxa has been appointed by the board to replace Kelly Aderhold.
Director - John Santoro
