We are pleased to announce that Greenacre Properties, Inc. has opened a new web portal for the residents of Grand Oaks Master Association, Inc. You can access this portal by clicking on the link at the top of our webpages or by going directly to http://www.greenacreproperties.com/index.asp and then clicking on Resident Login at the top of the page.

 

By logging into this new portal you will be able to access your personal account information including your account balance. You will also be able to access important Association documents such as current and past budgets and meeting minutes.

 

Each resident has been mailed a user name and password to use for entry into the portal.

 

The Spring Yard Sale has been scheduled for May 12, 2012 for 8AM - 12PM.

 

Since a quorum was not present at the Annual Members Meeting on November 17, 2011, an attempt was made to reconvene the meeting on on January 19, 2012. The next Annual Members Meeting has been scheduled for fall 2012.

 

Our 3rd Annual Fall Open House took place at the Clubhouse on October 29, 2011. Deli sandwiches were be provided by Sweetbay Supermarket. Thank you to all of the residents who joined us for this event.

 

Brooke Feldhouse joined the Board on August 3, 2011. She has taken the seat vacated by Elizabeth Rodriguez.
