On July 10, 2008 the Board of Directors approved a new exterior paint color book to be used by all residents who want to repaint their homes.  Residents must chose a color from the book and submit an ACC application before painting their homes.  If you have any questions please call Community Manager - Mike Spall at (813) 600-1100, Ext. 154

 

Lennar Offers Gate Options

Lennar Corporation would still like to install gates in our community.  Lennar advises that the designs and proposed gate locations below are for discussion purposes only and are subject to municipality review and approval.  The exhibits in no way constitute a guarantee of what can or will be built by Lennar Homes.

We have entered into discussions with Lennar Homes and the County concerning the feasibility of gating Balsam Drive and Buckthorn Avenue.  We will provide more information as soon as it is available.


 

2008 Annual Meeting -

November 20, 2008

The 2008 Annual Meeting will take place at Veterans Elementary School which is just east of Grand Oaks on CR54.  More information to will be available soon.

 

Dirty Mailboxes

What color is your mailbox?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beginning January 15, 2008, violation letters will be sent out to all residents with dirty mailboxes. If your mailbox looks like one of those above, please clean your mailbox!

October BOD Meeting Rescheduled
The October Board of Directors Meeting will now take place on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008 at 7:00 PM. The meeting agenda will be available before the meeting and may be accessed by clicking on the Agenda link on the left side of this page.

We would like to remind all of our residents that the clubhouse is under 24 hour video surveillance. Resident use of the clubhouse, pool, or hot tub after hours is prohibited by our community rules. Residents found to be using the clubhouse facilities after hours will be fined.
