WELCOME TO GRAND OAKS!

 

 

MANAGEMENT:

 

Grand Oaks Master Association, Inc. is managed by Mike Spall, CAM of Greenacre Properties.  Mike can be reached at (813) 600-1100, Ext. 154 or via email at mike.spall@greenacreproperties.com.

 

The Clubhouse is open to members of Grand Oaks, Phases II and III by key fob access.  Clubhouse hours are from 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Sun.-Thurs.) and 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Fri.-Sat.).  The pool facilities are open from 5:00 AM until 10:00 PM.

 

CLUBHOUSE POLICIES:

 

·        Member Use – Members in good standing may have unlimited use of the Club during operational hours.  All children under the age of 16 must be under the direct supervision of an adult while using the Club amenities.  Children under the age of 14 are not permitted on the fitness equipment.  Members of the Club shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion as ladies and gentlemen.  Parents are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their children at all times.

 

·       Proper Attire – Proper attire is to be worn at all times in accordance with acceptable practice for the particular are of the Club.  Shoes and shirts must be worn in the Club at all times.

 

·        Guests – Homeowners are permitted to bring up to 4 guests per visit when using the facilities.

 

·        Smoking – The Clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.  Smoking is permitted outside in designated area only.

 

·        Damage – The cost of replacing any property of the Club that is broken, damaged, or removed by a patron or any member of their family will be at the expense of the patron.  The facilities are monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day.

 

·        Parking – The parking areas are marked in a manner which permits use with a minimum of inconvenience.  Anyone found parking improperly will be warned, but repeated infractions will result in the removal of the offending vehicle at the owner’s expense.  No commercial vehicle, boat, trailer, including but not limited to boat trailers, and trailers of every other type, kind or description, may be parked on Club property overnight.

 

·        Personal Property – Personal property should not be left unattended on Club property.  The Club is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen property.

 

·        Animals – Animals are not permitted in the Club unless working to aid the disabled.

 

·        Bicycles, Skateboards, and In-line Skates – Bicycles must be parked outside in bike racks.  Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted in the Club or pool area.

 

Please help your community maintain a clean and safe Club for the enjoyment of all who utilize it!

 

RENTERS

The Association documents include a provision which requires a rental application be completed (with a $25 application fee) prior to tenants occupying any home in Grand Oaks - Phases II and III.  The documents also require a $200 deposit to be paid to the Association.  A copy of the application and Association documents can be obtained from the clubhouse office, on this website, or by sending an email request to grandoaksmgr@verizon.net.  Residents renting homes in Grand Oaks - Phases II and III will not be issued a key fob or allowed to reserve the clubhouse until all their fees and deposits are submitted and their application has been approved.
