Paint Book

On July 10, 2008 the Board of Directors approved a new exterior paint color book to be used by all residents who want to repaint their homes. Residents must chose a color from the book and submit an ACC application before painting their homes.

The two parts of the Paint Book are available below as pdf documents. The colors in the Paint Book are samples that approximate the actual paint color. Please see your local paint store to view an accurate sample of each color.
